You can make your comic in Procreate! I carefully created this brush set to make speech bubbles easy!

INCLUDED:
-11 lined bubbles
-11 filled bubbles
(22 brushes total)

HOW TO USE:
-on a New Layer, choose your brush and tap the canvas (the brushes act like stamps!)
-select the layer your bubble is on
-resize and position it as you like
-fill the bubble with your color of choice
-add text!
